And so it begins again.....

Right so basically i put back on MOST of what i had already lost - last weigh in at the dietician was in november and i am now 2kgs heavier than i was (thats coz i have lost 2 since new years so i had put back on 4 kgs in less than 3 months arghhhh)

i have made a pact with my two fabulous friends sarah and emma that we are ALL going to lose 35kgs this year - so when we get together new years this year we can all be feeling fabulous! now this is only about half of what i NEED to lose so im going to strive obviously to lose more - but i am realisitic that it will take 2 years at least to get to where i will be happy - but 35kgs is a realistic goal for the year.

i am back on the duromine - i have been taking it since i got back from wellington after new years. it definately doesnt give me any energy like it used to - im still really tired - but it totally has cut my appetite in HALF so that is a huge help to me - and it's a bit of 'mental courage' to stop me from eating crap.

i have been going for walks in the evenings once peyton is asleep (mum stays home and watchs her i dont leave her alone :P) and today i went on the bike again for the first time in AGES!

i also went and checked out contours gym this morning - and i think i might join, just have to talk to mum and see if she will watch peyton in the afternoon while i go - she finishes work at 3pm so i should be able to go then and be home in time to get peyton and ourselves tea.

i can join for 6 months and it's 22.50 a week or 12months and it's 17.50 a week - or join for 6 months and get 3 months free if i pay in a lump sum ($549) plus either way i have to pay 99 bux joining fee. im thinking of asking mum for the money and then paying HER back at 20bux a week coz that will be way cheaper to pay the lump sum and get the free months.

so yeah - i need some words of encouragement - tell me to go to the gym! i will be trying to blog everyday with how much exercise i have done and what i have eaten today and im hoping sarah and emma will do the same so we can monitor each other - they are in wellington so it sux that we cant all do it "together together" but long distance support is still way better than no support at all.

WE CAN DO IT!
